Joining the Week In The Life community again this year was a huuuuuge step in my decision to scrapbook MORE personal projects. When I say personal, I mean projects that aren't scrapbook class projects, magazine work related or anything Design Team related. And this year, I managed to keep up with the project, which was a huge success for me.
When I decided which week I would document (a week earlier than Ali's), I know I would have time and a free mind to actually concentrate on that project. And God, how rewarding, how fun and how fantastic this project is!
Taking photos was the hardest part, as we were on vacation and on total "let-it-go" mode. Sleeping in, swimming, eating late, taking naps...well, I should have taken more photos, of course, but it was more about the memories than anything else.
I LOVED that week. And I LOVED documenting it.
I will definitely join in next time again, I think it's an uplifting project and one that invites you to look at your everyday routine in a different way.
Concerning Ali Edwards' WITL kit, what can I say? It is awesome. It's loaded with exclusive products, stamps, cards, an album and tid bits that I love.
Next purchase? December Daily kit! WOOHOO! Pre-orders start tomorrow! WOOT! I'm number one on the list, friends! :)
