hello my fellow scrap friends :)
After a full day of recovering from a fantastic teaching weekend @ Scrapzimut Days, with some special treatments such as good food, wine and shopping, I'm all ready to offer you a new Inspiration Tuesday :)
Today, a new layout and a sketch (made by my dearest Armance) : I just looooove the photos Karine took in Bali last May, they inspire me, calm me down, makes me want to look for something spiritual in my life.
I used left overs papers from a class kit I used this weekend :) I just couldn't help it : I love love love this color combo!
A sketch is perfect when you don't feel that inspired or when you want to scrapbook quite fast. I love to be inspired by a sketch because you can easily transform them depending on the papers that you use or the scrapbook style that you have.
This sketch is going to be perfect for all of you, whether you are a clean & simple addict or a freestyle lover :)
First of all, here's the supply list...
- American Crafts & Onirie papers
- Maya Road enveloppe
- Maya Road butterfly acrylic embellishment
- Hambly & Elle's Studio stickers and tags
- American Crafts alphas
- Maya Road needles
- Basic Grey felt heart
- 1 Bazzill Kraft
- 1 Bazzill White
Feel free to combine different kind of papers : graphic & florals papers do match with each other! :) Try to coordinate colors and work with innovative color combos, depending on the colors of your photos.
Small embellishments (like this cute little felt heart) bring contrast and a new color to your palette : this embellishment becomes one of the more visible element on the layout.
My enveloppe (dear, this is one of my MOST favorite items lately) helps me to be the main focuse on my layout and help me find a place for my title.
So come on! I REALLY want to see your layouts inspired by the sketch! Don't be scared to post a link to your gallery in the comment section, I'd be more than happy to see your amazing creations :)
