I hope everyone is doing good, I'm on Scrap mode lately, been scrapping like crazy for classes and projects these days :)
Today is a new Inspiration Tuesday, sponsored by la Malle à Scrap, which is a fantastic French kit club. The Feb. kitis simply amazing, full of great stuff, like American Crafts papers, 4h37 products, ribbons, brads, thickers and more! I made a mini album with it and I still have tons of products left! Just love that!
Here's the kit...
I used a piece of Prima fabric to make the cover of my mini album and a serie of photo I took the other day when I got really bored and wanted to play with my camera :)
I recently bought this new pair of glasses. I simply love it but my loved ones call me Miss Potatoe as I look like her :
oh well :D I love my glasses :D
So, as I like laughing at myself as well, I thought it would be fun to make a mini album about how ridiculous I can be when it comes to be silly :) Being able to laugh at ourselves is good, I swear, it helps not to take ourselves too seriously :)
For this album, I really enjoyed playing with my 4h37 papers (you guys living out of France have to get your hands on these papers, they are SO cool), I even have a class scheduled at VS in Paris in April).
Just love this cupcake :)
A piece of fabric (in the kit), 2 rings (not included) and a crop-a-dile are all you need to create the mini album cover.
I love miwing alphas together and getting a kit with two different alphas just makes me happy.
I had never tried those Prima felt pieces and it was fun to use, perfect size for my album :)
I used this MME paper and cut them in 6 different pieces, as this paper is designed with 6 cards that you cut easily cut and either use it on your layout, or use it as mini album pages.
Kraft paper match any colors so it wasn't a problem to use it with any paper I had in the kit.
Yeah. BORED. I was so bored that day that I played with my camera for at least one hour :)
One of my most favorite American Crafts ribbon! SO cute!
I've been more and more inspired by clean, simple, graphic kind of pages, even though I still want to play with inks, paints, texture and stuff, but I don't know. Maybe it has something to do with evolving towards something new...who knows?
I should definitely check back my work from 2-3 years ago and see whether I have been evolving or not.
In the meantime, I have so many things to show you! I have been scrapping like crazy so I have tons of stuff to show you in upcoming posts :)
And see you on Thursday for a new giveaway!
And thank you to Vanessa and to la Malle à Scrap for this amazing kit!
