Declutter your mind and reach your goals with Mål Paper planner

DECLUTTER YOUR MIND AND REACH YOUR GOALS WITH MÅL PAPER PLANNER

Goal setting can be challenging when you are an entrepreneur, or even a blogger, a mom or someone that has weight loss goals.

If you have been following me for a while, you know how much I LOVE planners. I actually own several planners but I was looking for a good planner that would allow me to work on both personal and professional goals. And guess what? I’ve found it!  Let me show you how I use this Mål paper planner to set my daily + weekly and monthly tasks, as well as how I set my goals for months and years to come.

The feeling of failure when it comes to goal setting

Everyone has goals. Whether we hope to loose weight before the Summer, earn more money by the end of the year and build a business that allows us to find financial freedom, the necessity to set goals comes in. And the fear of not reaching them as well.

Why am I not progressing?

Why am I stressed and anxious about my goals?

How can I be more productive?

How can I be more efficient about my time?

I have found out that, if I don’t write down my goals, then they do not exist. My brain doesn’t process the idea of hustling to reach them. That’s why goal setting on paper is KEY to me and this Mål paper planner is absolutely PERFECT.

Declutter your mind

Mål paper products are designed to help declutter your mind, helping you to think clearer and more effectively. I LOVE the fact that you have the monthly planner at the beginning of the agenda, allowing to see everything you have planned in a glance.

When you think about your goals, you actually need to set SMART goals so that you can actually achieve them.

What is a SMART goal?

SMART usually stands for:

·       S – Specific (or Significant)

·       M – Measurable (or Meaningful)

·       A – Attainable (or Action-Oriented)

·       R – Relevant (or Rewarding)

·       T – Time-bound (or Trackable)

For example, instead of having "financial freedom" as a goal, it's more powerful to use the SMART goal "To reach Young Living Royal Crown Diamond rank by December 2025". Obviously, this will only be attainable if a lot of preparation has been completed beforehand : what is it required to reach that rank? How can I divide the several tasks and make this happen?

Set your goals

With a clearer mind you are more able to identify what your goals are and assess how you might reach them. And talking about SMART goals, they way Mål paper organizes the pages for us to achieve and structure our time is GENIUS :  write down your long-term, medium-term and short-term goals.

That way, you simply state which goals you want to achieve within 5 years (long-term goals), in a year (medium-term goals) and within a month (short-term goals). I simply LOVE this idea! And seeing them written on paper makes them so much more realistic!

I work on both professional and personal goals in this planner, as they all depend on one another timeframe wise : if I want to keep up with weight loss, that means I need to continue going to the gym 4X/week, which also means less time for work. So this allows me to balance both my personal and professional goals.

Start each day with gratitude

Performing daily gratitude and affirmation practices to help steer you in a more positive mindset. YES! I am loving my morning time, with my cup of coffee and my Mål paper planner : how fantastic is it to START YOUR DAY feeling grateful for what you have?

And the weekly review also allows you to set weekly goals, but also meditate on how good your week was. GRATITUDE on all levels, daily, weekly, yearly. LOVE.

Are you ready to reach your goals?

All you have to do is : get this planner + brainstorm about your plan. Do you want to loose more weight? Spend more time with your family on weekends? Would you rather focus on the professional side and start a side business (then we need to talk!)?

Goals are not just dreams : they are real. If you plan them, they will happen. If you write them down, they become real. Simply organize + write them down.

I’m looking forward to seeing where you’re going.
