Weightloss 2024 : transform your life with Wildfit

Have you ever made a resolution at the beginning of the year, only to find yourself giving it up a few weeks later? If so, you're not alone. We've all done it. You know the famous Dry January challenge? Well, except that this year, I managed to stick to my Dry January. But I'll tell you all about it. First, what would you say if this year was different? For many years now, I've been sharing my wellness peregrinations with you on my blog. Since 2018, I've relearned how to take care of myself: healthy eating, exercising almost every day, drink at least 2L of water a day. So, yes, life can be a rollercoaster and there are periods when we loose weight and others when we gain weight. The most important thing is to be aware of the changes and act accordingly. Putting your finger on what's causing you to gain or lose weight.

Today, I consider myself a person with a healthy lifestyle. Okayyy except for alcohol (hey iโ€™m French). Even so, I slowed down at the beginning of the year when I realized how often i was having alcohol on a weekly basis and realized that it was undoubtedly responsible for my weight gain (3kg) these past few months. So I decided to take the Dry January challenge... and I succeeded. But I succeeded because, over the last 2 weeks, I've become aware of a lot of things, thanks to this MindValley program I signed up for, which has set up an important dialogue between my body and my mind.

Main goal for 2024: Improve my relationship with food and lose weight - without diet, sport or radical lifestyle changes

So, two weeks ago, I embarked on a journey that turned my preconceived notions of "healthy eating" on their head. Wildfit is not just a diet.
