THE BEST PLANNERS TO ORGANISE YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR LIFE

Every year, I write a special post about PLANNERS (see here for 2017 and 2018) - I just noticed that I haven’t done it yet in 2019 - so this is it. BOOM. I'll do the post again. And the more time goes by, the more my addiction to planners increases. So, yes, I may have added a few activities to my bow, but above all, I've structured my work and my organization, and I'm doing great! I'm talking about organization and productivity in this article, thanks to my PLANNERS and productivity organisers.

I’m still waiting for my Erin Condren beautiful agenda that should arrive real soon. Eeeeeeeek…

CHOOSE YOUR PLANNER

Which use for my planner

I would be happy to share 1001 methods to choose your planner: vertical or horizontal organization, a daily/weekly or monthly planner, a productivity workbook, a health and wellness tracker bullet journal...today, there are so many types of planners that you first need to know WHY you need them and FOR WHAT TYPE of activities/tasks.

Choosing the size of your planner

Do you write a lot in your planner? Do you need room to decorate or not?

It's a matter of choice, but more importantly of "space". I write a lot in mine: they are at the same time a planner of my personal time but also a space where I write my thoughts, my notes, my goals. So I NEED space. I always choose large planners, A5 types, even if I need a backpack to carry them all! If you want to carry it everywhere, opt for a smaller format, such as Filofax's Personal: lighter, it will fit perfectly in your handbag. To give you an example, my Filofax planner alone weighs almost 850g. When you see how many planners I have, you'll understand that I never carry them all together.

Rings or no rings?

I use both, but I do prefer rings for organizers, like in a Filofax: it allows me to add/remove pages whenever I want, and I find the item prettier. Well, ok I confess: I'm in love with my Filofax Original planners. In fact, I've switched my black Filofax planner for a beige Filofax Original one since I took the photos for this article. I love it.

Spiral-bound planners are also very good at keeping track.

I also have notebook-style diaries and, depending on the quality of the cover and the paper, they hold up well.

Why so many planners

Because we deal with too many things in our daily life to organize everything in ONE planner! And also, because it's such a beautiful item (#planneraddict). Today, I've managed to get organized in a more effective way thanks to my planners: personal life and professional life (knowing that this one is divided into several parts, already) each get one or several planners on their own.

Mes BUSINESS planners

My Ban.do planner

My Ban.do planner is probably one of my favorites and the one I buy (almost) every year. As in 2017, I am a huge fan of these planners because they are beautiful, big, full of energy and fun, sturdy, and I can write a lot of things in them! Not to mention the STICKERS!

I started to organize my blogging activities in them, but I've switched it to a Young Living business instead, to be up to date with all my activities related to my business: blogging, online workshops, emailing, Facebook + Instagram, Pinterest campaigns, get in touch with my clients and prospects

The quality is AMAZING. The paper inside is beautiful. The only downside is its price (especially if you’re in Europe, like me). Either you order it in the U.S from their website or Amazon. and you have customs fees in Europe, or in England, but it's still expensive and the planners arrive much later. I often buy it when i travel to the US.

I’m also going to receive soon my first Erin Condren planner soon! I’m SO excited! I will use it to track my Young Living activities just like in my Bando diary, especially since I also ordered the planner folio, isn’t it GORGEOUS?!

My Dailygreatness Business planner

A brand new one added to my “collection” : the Dailygreatness Business planner. More than a planner, it's definitely a career organiser, a business booster in a workbook. It is perfect to structure your goals. It's heavy stuff.

I just received it and can't wait to fill it out! It works a bit like my Mal Paper notebook but with concrete action plans for digital marketing, digital communication and more. I'm REALLY looking forward to getting started and I'll write you a blogpost about it as I go along.

My Filofax planner for Blogging

I wanted a planner where I could organize and write my goals for my blog. Because, to be honest with you: I love this place, and I want to do things right so that you can find quality content that guide you and inspire your wellness journey as well as on your journey as an entrepreneur or even inspire you to plan your life.

After long hours of searching for a blogging planner online, I chose to buy a printable one, that I bought on Etsy, and printed it to combine it in my new Filofax Original Beige. As I told you before, I received the beige Filo after I made the photos for this article.

I'm not 100% satisfied, but he does the job 95%.

Pros about a printable planner: you print what you need, as many times as you need it.

Cons: you may need to reduce the size of the pages depending on the planner you have, and you know what? It's a pain. Don't forget about the paper and ink, too: it can be more expensive than a ready-made planner.

NOTEBOOK

Let's talk about the notebooks. I'm also using my Mal Paper notebook that I really LOVE. It is simple and elegant, but above all I find it very efficient.

I really enjoy writing there every morning, starting with 3 things for which I feel gratitude.

My daily life planners

MyGet To Work Book planner in my Filofax A5

THE planner I've been in love with for many years! I LOVE my Get to Work Book, an efficient vertical system to plan my weeks and I can see everything planned for the week at a glance. I write EVERYTHING in it: my professional and personal appointments, my to-do lists, team video conferences, TeamBlog evenings, family afternoons, romantic evenings, medical appointments...EVERYTHING! And since it's probably the one that gathers EVERYTHING, it deserves to be cozy in my favorite Filofax planner.

MyMagic of I planner

So this beautiful Moonology inspired planner came into my life at the right time: when I was searching for myself spiritually. And I found myself, a lot thanks to my Magic of I planner. I wrote about it in this article, by the way.

I let myself be guided by the positions of the planets, the Moon, when it comes to planning my key decisions/dates. And believe me, it's working pretty good. I know which day I'd be more productive, and the day I need to relax.

Read my blogpost, you’ll learn more about it, and if you are interested, use my coupon code CELINENAVARRO to get 10% OFF everything on their website. I even use their stunning journals to write about crystals.

A planner for everything or several planners?

I guess you're probably thinking, "She's not well, that girl, with all her planners..." and you're probably right! Ahah! But, I have found a balance between the information I have to put in such and such planner. Running multiple planners allows me to better structure my work and my life, and, yes, it works for me! I'm not saying that it should work like that for you too, but I wrote this article to let you discover my way of organizing myself!

I would be delighted to discuss with you about your organization by email: subscribe to my newsletter! I talk about wellness, mom's tips, lithotherapy, organization, planners and all those things I like!
